2. Nature of Services

Healing Journey provides professional counseling and psychological support via online, phone, and video call sessions. These services are not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care.

If you are in crisis or experiencing suicidal thoughts, please contact a local mental health emergency service or helpline immediately.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be:

  • 13 years or older, or
  • A minor with parental/guardian consent

By booking a session, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Appointment Policy

  • First session is free for new clients.
  • Ongoing sessions cost ₹1299 per session.
  • Appointments must be booked in advance.
  • Cancellations should be made at least 12 hours prior to the session. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeited session.

5. Confidentiality

All sessions are strictly confidential. However, confidentiality may be legally broken if:

  • There is a risk of harm to you or someone else
  • Abuse of minors or vulnerable adults is disclosed
  • Disclosure is required by law

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal information
  • Attend sessions on time
  • Use the service respectfully and ethically
  • Avoid recording, reproducing, or sharing session content without written consent

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Healing Journey website—including text, graphics, and materials—is the intellectual property of Healing Journey and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Healing Journey and its professionals will not be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of our services
  • Outcomes dependent on client commitment, honesty, and participation
  • Technical interruptions beyond our control (e.g., internet issues)
